They pride themselves on being thorough but there’s two sides to that. Paying more doesn’t necessarily mean you’re getting better service. Take an engine that’s blowing out it’s oil pressure sensor and spark plugs. Replacing the engine is $7k. Yes, very thorough. But you can just re-thread the spark plugs for $50 and keep your engine. They’ll go above and beyond more as a way to cover themselves rather than provide a good balance between price and service. I wouldn’t go anywhere on the island really. There’s an awesome place in Tracyton that’ll save you thousands because they’ll diagnose it properly the first time and not cover themselves by replacing everything and anything that might be the issue.

We always use Modern Collision for our car repairs and maintenance. We had a small issue with electronics that was repaired quickly.

I'm not a customer who got work done, but I deliver car parts to this and multiple shops every single day. I swear I've seen it all. Out of all the places I deliver to this is where I would go if I needed body work done on my vehicle they seem to be very detail oriented, professional, competent, driven, also very personable and friendly! I deliver here almost every work day, sometimes multiple times a day and it seems like everytime a customer shows up an employee or even the owner's themselves come outside and make sure you're helped right away! I've never seen an upset customer there once, the finished work I've seen looks beautiful, all types of repeat customers which says something! I think the last repeat customer that I saw there had this beautiful Porsche worth over 150k and no qualms about trusting Modern Collision with that beautiful piece of machinery. I think I could trust them with my Toyota.😄
