I had my Ford F-150 Diesel truck towed to the shop after I lost power to my transmission. I had a talk with Chuck about the problem, and he told me he will have the problem look at. I received a call from Chuck a couple of days later, and he informed me that the issue had been fixed. The dealer that replaced the timing belt forgot to install the bolt that holds the intake tube for the turbo. So when I built up the boost while towing a trailer, it blew the tube off. Instead of $6,000 for a new tranny, it was $420 for the work. The dealership that did the faulty work reimbursed me for the cost of the work done by Modern Collision.
