A week ago my car's starter quit. Modern collision fixed it in one day after I had it towed there! I'm 84 years old. Never have I experienced such quick replacement of a major engine part. Most of the auto engine repair places on Bainbridge Isle are many weeks behind with backlog now.

Back in October I scraped/dented my car as I was pulling out of a parking space. I took my vehicle to Modern for an estimate and their customer service was fantastic. The gentleman looking at my car clearly explained everything he was looking at/for and why certain things were being included in the estimate. He stated I would receive my estimate after the weekend on Monday, and sure enough it arrived in my email that morning. In the meantime I took my car one other place for an estimate and their service was not nearly as good. I had planned on taking my car to Modern for repair but hadn't gotten around to scheduling it, when we were unfortunately involved in a car accident. Because my accident was on a Sunday and Modern was closed, the tow company wouldn't take it to them without permission, so it went to their tow yard until Monday. On Monday morning I called Modern and explained the situation. I spoke to Pat and he voluntarily contacted the tow company on my behalf and had it brought to them so they could assess the new damages from the car accident. They provided the information to my insurance company promptly and the car did end up getting totaled. So, while I haven't officially had to use their services, if I ever need to, it will definitely be Modern Collision. I am so grateful for them making things easy and ensuring I understand the processes etc. Highly recommend!
