The customer service from beginning to end on our experience was top notch. The bodywork was done correctly and efficiently and they made other safety recommendations that we appreciated.

I have had issues with my key fob since purchasing from Modern Collision about a year ago finally car would not start at all. Technician found connections in disrepair but managed to piece it back together. I was originally charged $163.00 which I asked Fred to check on the history purchase I felt I had been sold a troublesome key fob . Fred checked my records and considered it under warrantee and cancelled my charge . I appreciate Fred’s honesty and hope Modern Collision can collect from the vender who sold you that key fob( charge was over $800.00) Fred did not have to make this special effort and again I appreciate his honesty.
