Last experience was similar in nature to all previous experiences, meaning excellent. Face to face contact with those who will oversee work on vehicle was informative and courteous. Time of visit (I waited) was as I was told it would be. Work was done in an efficient, professional manner and when I called attention to the fact I had been erroneously over charged on a recent billing I received a reimbursement 24 hrs later. Place is worthy of its selection as number one shop on the island......
Just what I expected :)
Today was one of several times I have gone to modern collision.I went in with a burned out headlight a couple minutes before lunch time. I was attended to immediately without wait and the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes. When I went to pay my bill I was billed only for the parts and nothing for labor. That is simply unheard of when repairing an automobile. This was not the first time Modern Collision had taken care of a problem for me and each and every time it was done in a timely manner. Often the technician went out of their way and solved the issue in a timely manner charging much less than I would have paid elsewhere. The attitude of treating the customer well is exemplified by all employees of this shop. We are fortunate to have such an honest and trustworthy place to take our cars on Bainbridge Island.
