I trust this company to analyze a problem and provide me with the best and most economical solution. Once again, they came through. One of my doors got a little ding. They explained the two alternatives (new door or buffing out), along with associated costs and set my expectation for what the buffing would do. I so appreciate that! So, I left my car there for one day while the ding was buffed out, had the oil changed, and the car detailed. When they work on your car, you can rent another inexpensively, which is another amazing service. This is a great, family owned and operated company.

Modern Collision really steps up for their customers. When I expressed unhappiness with the performance of my car after service they responded immediately toward resolution all due to faulty spark plug wires, no fault of theirs. But they diagnosed, resolved, and it now runs impeccably. They also pointed out safety issues with my breaks, an old 1970 car, and addressed it to perfection.
