They took my car in right away, with no waiting, although it was the next day before the part I needed could be installed. I had a drain on the battery, which kept going dead on me overnight, and I knew it wasn't the battery that needed replacing. Turned out to be a bad A/C relay, which they replaced. The car was fixed by the next morning, and they sent a driver to pick me up at home and take me to the shop to pick up the car. A nice bonus was that they washed the car, which needed it badly!

As usual, Modern Collision did a wonderful job on my car. This time it was a scratch all along the passenger side, caused by a branch on the side of the road. I brought it in at noon, they shuttled me back to my house, and by 4 it was done. The paint looks excellent, cannot tell there was ever a problem. They always wash your car, and that seems to make everything even a little better.
