Pre-purchase inspection. Prompt attention to my request, significant detail explaining what was required and what it would cost to repair. Additional detail provided about what should be done first, what could wait, etc. Very thorough... Car washing and interior vacuuming on a pre-purchase inspection was unexpected but a very nice touch!
