The folks who work out front are friendly and helpful. The gentleman who works behind the receptionist was a big help looking on the computer for solutions. I remember stopping in a year or so ago because my rear view mirror was falling out of the mount. The young man who came out remounted it. No problem.

Modern Collision could not have been more helpful in advising and assisting me when the battery to my car recently gave out at a critical time. And they installed a new battery in just-about-no-time-at-all and that’s a conservative way of putting it. You know that’s the same as no-time-at-all since they have to receive the towed car before they can fix it. And they installed a new device for me which makes it easy to keep your battery fully charged in your own garage. Every time I’ve relied on Modern Collision for service and repairs since I moved to Bainbridge 25 years ago, their techs and reps have been wonderful. Five stars.
