Modern Collision did a wonderful job making sure that after my 2018 Grand Jeep Cherokee had been involved in a Hit & Run Accident, followed by his familys Insurance Company, along with my own Insurance Company, decided to use sub-par parts, without my knowledge. Thankfully Modern Collision stepped into the picture, replaced all sub-par parts, and included all necessary parts as it had never been involved in an accident before. Modern Collision is Family Owned and they love what they are doing!

Integrity is key to selecting service provider. Modern Collision covers this requirement in full. With the complexity of newer cars the methodology of verifying base issue with speed and accuracy saves all parties time and establishes trust in the solution. And, when it is discovered that the subject failure point is not the culprit, there is no hesitation in sharing the new path and getting it taken care of. eg; computer readout specifically identified exact part to replace, but then the mice fooled the scanner. Change of directions was communicated and auto was delivered performing better than ever. I will continue to utilize their shop for all auto needs.
