My experience with the Auto Shop on Bainbridge Island was amazing. I dealt with Fred and one of the mechanics. Fred was very polite and professional and kept me well informed with the details of my car repair. I spoke to the mechanic directly when he was able to diagnose the issues and he gave me an excellent recommendation when it comes to dealing with the my car. I will be returning to the Auto Shop for all my repair needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I could not be happier with the entire process from start to finish with Modern Collision. Everyone at your office was friendly, professional, informative, helpful, and you did an excellent job on the repairs to my car. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was amazed to find that it had been thoroughly detailed - the tires had even been polished. I had some mechanical damage done to my car after a collision with a curb. I was able to get my car over to the shop and all the staff were friendly and got it looked at immediately. They gave me a fair estimate and began work. Although it took some time, the staff were excellent at communicating the status of repairs and they made sure that everything that needed to be done got done the right way with no corners cut. My car is currently running great and I was very happy with working with these guys. Thank you for the repairs!
