Auto Repair In Bainbridge Island

I'm not a customer who got work done, but I deliver car parts to this and multiple shops every single day. I swear I've seen it all. Out of all the places I deliver to this is where I would go if I needed body work done on my vehicle they seem to be very detail oriented, professional, competent, driven, also very personable and friendly! I deliver here almost every work day, sometimes multiple times a day and it seems like everytime a customer shows up an employee or even the owner's themselves come outside and make sure you're helped right away! I've never seen an upset customer there once, the finished work I've seen looks beautiful, all types of repeat customers which says something! I think the last repeat customer that I saw there had this beautiful Porsche worth over 150k and no qualms about trusting Modern Collision with that beautiful piece of machinery. I think I could trust them with my Toyota.😄

Once again I am more than pleased with the work done on my vehicle by Modern Collision. Have a service center I can trust is critical to me. They have earned my trust.

Took my Audi A7 in for brakes and they said I only needed the fronts done. Great work. I came in much later for a check engine light that they read the code, reset it and it has not come back on. They did that code check for free!

These guys fixed my sideview mirrors that were broken by another shop! They did a great job and did it quickly. I’ll be coming back for sure!
