I had a flat tire on my Airstream as we were preparing to head out on a camping trip. They helped me out in pickle and it was greatly appreciated.

Service done by appointment and timely and efficiently completed. Would have liked to have been informed about no “ride home” available however. Fortunately another customer and kind soul gave me a lift. Efficient and complete vehicle check and advice provided. Friendly and competent workers. Good job!

Modern collision is our go to service center for all of our car needs for our 2012 Subaru outback. We have had work done through them previously, and my husband and I have been very very pleased with that work that they had done and the work that they did for us this time. They also have rental cars available for people who need to leave their car for several days! This was particularly helpful, as of course like everyone, we have busy lives. They communicated thoroughly, their documents were easy to read and understand. They communicated with our insurance for the collision my car had sustained. Addendum: January 2025: My husband and I are very appreciative of Modern Collision for continuing to maintain our 2003 Ford Focus, despite its well-deserved moniker of 'Orca Jane: Car of Mysteries'. They have so far managed to locate parts for it which need replacing, and they understand her delicate constitution - having been used as a surf van in Hawaii in a previous life. Working with Rico and team to schedule and fix is easy, and we are grateful to have this wonderful resource for this worthy car. The body work done was superlative, and we benefit from their timely recommendations as well as their estimates that we still have miles left on, say, brakes or tires. We trust Modern Collision with both of our cars.
