This was my first time since John had retired. I had a small emergency and Fred could not have been more helpful. After 30 years being spoiled with service and kindness at Island Center it was a special experience. I’ve shared it with my family.

They found a hard part to get . came from the east coast. I was always kept informed of what was going on, very nice . When the part came in it was quickly replaced and works fine again. I like these people.
