Had a wheel bearing and windshield replaced. Work was flawless and the communication was perfect. Car was delivered early. This is the second time Modern Collision has worked on my vehicles. Great work!! Hard to find good people these days.

While on our way to visit longtime friends on Bainbridge Island, our beloved 1990 VW Vanagon Westfalia's rear main and crankshaft seals started to leak. Our hostess readily recommended Modern Collision, as she's been a faithful customer of theirs for nearly 20 years. We brought in our van to Micah on Monday, knowing getting this type of work done while traveling on a schedule would be a long shot. He looked it over, began work on the van that very afternoon, and had it back to us by closing on Thursday, which allowed us to get home to Montana on Friday, as planned. We can't say enough about Micah and his crew's professionalism, courtesy, and impressive knowledge base. We are so grateful to have had our van serviced by such confident and capable hands. We drove all the way home to Montana in one day with no issues, yet Micah made sure to tell us we should call him right away should any problem arise related to the work, as the seals are under a two year warranty. If you need body work on your car and want the best, this is the place. Their prices are reasonable for the quality of work they do, which is always first class. They are very honest and you as a customer receive true value for your money. As expensive as automobiles are these days, why risk ruining your investment in your car with shoddy workmanship. Pre-purchase inspection. Prompt attention to my request, significant detail explaining what was required and what it would cost to repair. Additional detail provided about what should be done first, what could wait, etc. Very thorough... Car washing and interior vacuuming on a pre-purchase inspection was unexpected but a very nice touch!
