Modern Collision always does a first class

I would have preferred a more detailed estimate for this repair. There was no communication between the time I dropped my vehicle off and when they called me to say it was done. I asked if the repair would be not more than $1000. The estimator/owner said it could be that much if extra work was needed. I find it ironic that my bill was for $1000 plus tax. I kinda wish I had said $600 or $700. Maybe I could have saved some $$?

Historically done good work buy just got oil changed at quick lube and I watched them pull a connector off that was broken and full of glue, last oil change was modern collision, the connector is for when you move the radiator overflow bottle which is required for oil change..... no one notified me from modern collision that they would glue a connector that could be replaced for under 10.00. Now that this has been discovered its a few hours for a new part, im glad oil can henrys fixed it......could have broken while driving....
