Many folks heard me say. . . ‘Fred Sass made my Christmas!’ (Several asked, ‘who’s Fred Sass?’). I hurriedly called Modern Collision early one morning, around Dec.22, so frustrated that I now had ANOTHER burned out head light! I hurried over there that morning, after calling, only to have Fred say, ‘Yes, I can do that now’! WOW!! I somehow knew he & others were swamped that beautiful Sunny morning! But Fred did it in no time, and I celebrated ALL day!! Sounds crazy, I know. But something Big had finally w o r k e d for me, and I will never forget the kindness he showed me that day! Not just Fred! 😊 I know how hard ALL of you work! It is sooo evident everywhere over there! Thank you, thank you! Happiest of the New Year to all! Mary🙏

When I bought a new car a few years ago, I decided to do all my work/maintenance at the dealers. I was getting more and more unhappy with this as they didn't return my calls, were booked way way out, were inconveniently located and seemed to be missing problems. I am so happy to be back at Modern Collision. They are the best. Always fair, good at communication and experienced.

Very disappointed, had my car in 4 times in less than 3 months and mechanics kept coming up with the next issue. Today after replacing the power steering pump they said a power drain but they may have caused by keeping it running on battery during repair but we should do a full systems check..they already did that, paid for it..now they are blaming what? It has been none stop and really can't trust the service, very very saddened today.
