Service, as always, was excellent! Prompt appts and courtious.

I brought my car to Modern Collision with a problem. I appreciated that MC was willing to consider my concern, although I did not have an appointment. I was concerned because my defroster fan motor was not working and I was going to be driving in the mountains over the weekend. Other facilities on the Island told me that they could not get to my car for at least a week. Micah at Modern Collision said that he would check my car. He quickly diagnosed the problem: not a broken defroster/fan motor as I suspected. Micah determined that the fan motor was fine....but a little "rodent" had moved in. Micah cleaned everything out, installed a critter deterrent in my car, and my car is fine. The work was done quickly, efficiently, effectively and at a reasonable price. I was impressed by the quality of work and service provided by everyone at Modern Collision.

Finding a reliable and trusting service contractor on Bainbridge Island, especially a auto mechanic and body shop, is almost unheard of especially one that you do not have to question that you are getting value for every dollar you spend at Modern Collision! Scott Horner

I have had both of my cars serviced here for several years and have always had positive experiences at Modern Collision. At least twice, I have taken my car in thinking there was something wrong and had a no charge repair for something minor like a broken washer. The prices on repairs are fair and they aren't looking to invent problems. Great for someone who doesn't know anything about cars!
