They are so nice, professional and fair. They know what they are doing and are really helpful.They are always finding used parts for my car when I need something, that has saved me a lot of money.

We take all of our vehicles to Modern Collision for all forms of service. From replacing bumpers to oil changes to new tires and brakes. They always explain the services clearly and are clean and friendly. This shop is a local, multi-generational family owned shop full of caring staff. We always feel important and listened to when we stop in. Just had an oil change completed on my car and found it thoroughly vacuumed and washed upon pick up! A terrific plus!

Most recent experience, per usual, was excellent with trouble discovered quickjly and because it was still under warranty there was no charge. Problem was corrected and car returned with a sparkling car wash...

Our car stopped working all of a sudden on a Friday afternoon... We got a quick jump and my mom told me to give these guys a call. Mom knows best, because Modern Collision told me to come on and in they will give it a look even though is was already a little past 4 pm! It was thankfully a quick fix, but MC made it all so easy and pain free. Not only was the customer service outstanding, the prices were so reasonable! They even had biscuits for my nosy dog :) This is the only place I'm going for now on.

Service is great. Good communication with customers explaining problems needing attention.

Original plan was to just put snow tires on but then I decided car might need an oil change also which I inquired as to the ;possibility of....there was no problem and all the work was done quickly and efficiently plus the car was washed. No problems at all per usual......ron mcc
